Cody Rhodes speaks to media ahead of AEW Full Gear

- Cody says there's nothing quite like the cardio of pro wrestling, and it's hard to prepare for it, so you have to get the reps. He's happy that AEW wrestlers have had the opportunity to do that over the last six weeks. AEW Dark matches go a little longer for this reason.

- Cody isn't even sure you can call what he said a promo, it just felt real and authentic to him and he's glad that it resonated with the audience.

- Cody says contrary to some of his quotes, he puts over Kevin Dunn, and like what he's taken away from WWE. He appreciates the elements of production that he got from there, but likes what Keith Mitchell does. There is a sports element to the way Keith Mitchell does things.

- He puts over the production staff at AEW as family. He doesn't want them barking at each other. Says he's seen Darby Allin speaking with the cameramen to learn more about what he's doing. None of the EVPs will allow production employees treated "lesser than."
